Shipping policy
We currently deliver within the lower 48 States of the United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all United States Territories). We've partnered with a third party shipping company to get your flowers to the delivery location as fast as possible. Any delivery times provided by our courier’s are estimates. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping is not available for delivery on Sundays, Mondays, or major United States Holidays, unless otherwise indicated. We put together our flower bundle boxes the day before the selected delivery day regardless of how far in advance someone orders, to ensure maximum freshness when received.Online tracking is available via the 3rd party delivery partners we use. We make no warranties regarding the availability of said online tracking, as it is under the control of our third-party couriers. While deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival day, we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific time. The courier may leave the package at the address whether the recipient or another person is available or not. We recommend doing your best to be on-site of delivery address the day-of to ensure your flowers are as fresh as possible. Cut your stems a bit and put in fresh water as soon as you can when you receive them.
SATURDAY DELIVERY: Please confirm with the local FedEx in your desired delivery location to see if they offer Saturday delivery. If not, your order will be automatically pushed to the next available delivery date. This may cause issue due to the timely nature with which it needs to be delivered in order to maximize freshness.
We will not issue refunds for undeliverable orders.
You will receive an order confirmation via email after purchasing that will give you a link to track your package.
